Wealden Scottish Dancers
Sadly, you can no longer enjoy Scottish Country Dancing in Hawkhurst
After 30 years Wealden Scottish Dancers stopped meeting in 2017 because of falling numbers.
The group met on Monday evenings from September to the end of May. Members came from many surrounding villages including Sandhurst, Wadhurst, Ticehurst, Hurst Green, Robertsbridge, Biddenden and Staplehurst!
They were a small, informal club and for three Mondays each month an experienced club member took the class. Once a month we enjoy the tuition of a qualified teacher.
They met at the Baptist Church Hall, Cranbrook Road, Hawkhurst, Kent. TN18 4BT.
